Driver Qualifications
GulfMark has implemented the following minimum driver qualification requirements. GulfMark reserves the right to amend or modify driver requirements at any time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 22 years old
• Class A CDL with X Endorsement
• TWIC Card (certain locations)
• No more than two moving violations in last three years
• No preventable/chargeable accidents in last three years.
• Minimum one-year recent tractor trailer driving experience.

Company Driver Pay
Drivers are paid a flat rate per load, based on number of miles of load and district assigned.
Increased pay for verifiable crude hauling experience (2-8% of bi-weekly commission)
Driver Safety Award Bonus paid quarterly.
Additional pay for nights
100% reimbursement upon renewal: Class A CDL with X endorsement; TWIC Card; Passport Card
Paid training and orientation
